• Holds a US Fencing Coaches Association  Prevost certification in foil and epee & saber.
• Member of Academie d'Armes Internationale (AAI).
• Trains in the National Coaching Development  Program – Coaches College at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
• Registered with the national Coaches Registry through the American Sport Education Program
• Certified by the Red Cross in CPR and Sports Safety training.
• Rated a level six referee by the USFA.
• Placed second in the State Championships in 2001 & 2003 and placed second in the divisional championships in 2001
• Students have medaled numerous times at the USFA divisional championships & Mississippi State Games.
• Students have fenced in the 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005 Junior Olympics. 
• Students fence regularly in tournaments in New Orleans, Jackson, Shreveport, Oxford, Laurel, Hattiesburg, Ocean Springs, Birmingham and Junior Olympic Venues.
• Coaches Blade Runners Wheel Chair Team with members participating in National and World Cup events. Assistant National Team Coach for Paralympics.
• Current Ark-La-Ms Division Vice- Chair and Fencing Commissioner for MS State Games
